Omega 3 (2000mg)
Selenium (200mcg)
B6 / Kelp (1500mg)
L-Lysene (500mg) – especially if eating meal high in argenine

Frankincense – one drop of essential oil on tongue
CRASH PHASE
All the above but with addition of
