Vitamin C

Vitamin D3 (5000mg)

Zinc (50mg)

Calcium (750mg)

Magnesium (450mg)

Omega 3 (2000mg)

Selenium (200mcg)

B6 / Kelp (1500mg)

L-Lysene (500mg) – especially if eating meal high in argenine

Turmeric / Cucumen

Iodine Supplement

Frankincense – one drop of essential oil on tongue

CRASH PHASE

All the above but with addition of

L-Glutermine (500mg)

Multi Digestive Enzyme with Betaine – 1 tab before each heavy meal
